The Goodland Group of Hotels and Resorts, operating as Goodland Residency and Goodland Elegance, was founded in 2018 and is managed by the Goodland Group of Companies. Having opened its first property in hospitality in Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala, in 2018, Goodland Group is one of the leading hotel groups in India today, partnering up with Treebo Hotels with over 100+ hotels across India to offer quality accommodation at affordable prices.

Our mission is to provide quality accommodation and dining experiences to our guests, whom we value the most.

Goodland Hotels & Resorts plans to grow from two properties with the first one opening on August 19th, 2018. With several other properties planned for opening and new projects in the pipeline, we aim towards the goal of having Goodland Group-managed properties in all the major cities throughout India and the Middle East within the next five to ten years.
